| 15.11.2010 - PI Power International Limited (“PI”) announces the closing of the Partial Settlement Agreement with Meinl Bank AG and certain affiliates. The transfer of the interest in Hohenlohe Windpark Management GmbH and Hohenlohe Windpark 1 through 6 GmbH & Co KG (“Hohenlohe Wind”) to Meinl Bank is still subject to the completion of certain conditions.
