PI Power International has executed a non-binding agreement with Meinl Bank

Jersey/Vienna, October 5, 2009 – Meinl Bank AG, AI Airports International Limited and PI Power International Limited have executed a non-binding agreement to settle their outstanding claims and litigation on 3 October 2009. The proposed terms are confidential at this stage but details will be made public if and when a definitive binding agreement is reached. All parties are working to achieve a definitive agreement as soon as practicable.
